A Limited Warranty is as follows:
Scott Mfg. Ltd. Does hereby warrant the product for one (1) year from date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers materials and workmanship by Scott Mfg. Ltd. And does not include warranties on the following specified products used in the manufacturing of this product. These products or components may or may not have their own warranties (Example:) tires, wheels, axles, jacks and couplers. The items warranted by our suppliers are not warranted by Scott Mfg. Ltd. Paint is not included in our warranty. On component parts the warranty will be presented to the respective component manufacturer for their warranty claims.
The Scott Mfg. Ltd. Warranty will be honored if the product is returned to Scott Mfg. Ltd. or to an authorized repair facility. Reasonable notification and time will be allowed for performing warranty repairs. Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, rental of substitute equipment, loss of revenues or other commercial loss in not included in the warranty, also any service charges. Towing charges, or transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty is void if the product has been misused in any way. This includes overloading, lack of preventive maintenance, or use for other than what this product is designed for. Scott Mfg. Ltd. Reserves the right for final decisions as to the whether the product was misused by the initial purchaser.
